Cancellations and Refunds
We are very sorry you need to cancell your order. Please note our procedures to cancel your order depending upon your situation. If you need help please contact us for assistance.
If your Furniture is not delivered.
Contact us for cancellation. If your order is a Lay A Way we will be abide by your Lay A Way contract and you may use those deposit monies towards a Store Credit for any product in our store. If your order is not a Lay A Way then we would be glad to cancel your order with a full refund. If the furniture product was ordered please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to receive acknowledgement of cancellation. Upon our receipt of acknowledgement of cancellation we will process your refund. If you paid via cash or check we will issue a Company Check within 5 business days. If you paid with a credit card we will contact you for your credit card information used on your initial purchase. We will verify the last four digits of your credit card information for this is the only information we maintain relating to your credit card information. We will mail you confirmation of the order being cancelled along with your refund check or receipt showing proof of yourr credit card refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit card refund to post to your credit card account. You may contact your credit card issuer for further information.
If your Furniture is delivered.
Your satisfaction is important to us. Having repeat customers is vital to our business. We have considerable costs involved with bringing quality products to you and exert great efforts in ensuring we do so exactly as described. If your furniture is delivered exactly as invoiced, to which a receipt is provided to you at the time of purchase, and without damage we do not have a policy that would grant you a full refund on your purchase. Contact us as quickly as possible to see if we can offer you a remedy for your situation. We may offer an exchange of a product of equal or greater value but you will be liable for the associated delivery fees. Any exchange of furniture must be done as quickly as possible. We only offer new furniture and do not rent furniture.
